in other words a place where you can put all the fail/locked up topics people have made instead of deleting them

Suggestions Box area thing...needed...you see what im talking about now, this topic is in the wrong spot or in the right area just not in its own suggestions area =/

i think #1 is useless why would you want to look at locked topics?

so you dont make the same mistake again...
